SUMMER COLD BREW COFFEE
I've been looking for an easy cold brew coffee recipe. My good friend Jenny Lakin came to the rescue. I thought I would share this easy summer must have. It's so yummy. I hope you try it!
1. Add 4 cups of water to 1 cup coffee grounds. I used what I already had in my kitchen, Gevalia Kaffe: Bold Dark Roast. Use an air tight container and keep it in the fridge for about 24 hours.
2. Use a coffee filter to strain the grounds. I used the durable filter from my coffee maker. You can use paper filters as well. Get creative with this, there's no wrong way to strain.
3. Pour over ice.
4. I have a bit of a sweet tooth. So, I added a dash of pure cane sugar and vanilla extract.
Enjoy! How do you cold brew? Comment and let me know!
